"CRETURS" FILMING IN LANCASTER COUNTY, PA

Aurora Films is in production on a feature-length thriller, titled Creturs, “There are some monsters you have to learn to live with.” Written and Directed by Carrie King, the story centers around a family and their life on a farm in 2020 during the pandemic. While coping with a new normal, the family discovers they’re not the only ones living on the farm.

King plays a lead role in the film along with her husband Jake King and their children Rivers and Sage.

Creturs has four producers including Todd Shill, Robert Black, Carrie King and Dan Giangiulio. Shill is known for producing Rough Cut (2009) and serving as production counsel for TV series including Vh1’s My True Crime Story, Deaf U, Shark Week, and Return to Amish. Shill also opened the Midtown Cinema in Harrisburg, PA. Black is the General Manager and Partner at Aurora Films and is most known for producing Another Harvest Moon (2010). Creturs is the first feature film for King and Giangiulio, who is also the Director of Photography.

Creturs is currently in production on the King family farm in Washington Boro, PA.

Post production on Creturs will begin in 2023 by Aurora Films, with a release date to follow.
